THE LONDON EYE

The London Eye, also known as the Millennium Wheel , completed in 1999 and opened in March 2000, was the biggest wheel-viewpoint of the world until the opening of the Star of Nanchang May 2006, and Singapore Flyer later in 2008. 


The London Eye reaches a height of 135 m on the western end of Jubilee Gardens, in the South Bank of the Thames, London Borough of Lambeth, between the bridges Westminster and Hungerford.The wheel is next to County Hall and the offices of the Ministry of Defense.
